Engineering – Laser Programmer/ CAD Technician
Due to continued expansion and new contracts, we are looking to strengthen our Engineering Production Team with the appointment of a Laser Programmer / Autocad Technician.
We are looking for flexible and dependable candidate with a hands-on, can-do attitude who is able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
You should have excellent organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
CORE SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, or a related field. You should have a solid understanding and extensive working experience with CAD software drawings to meet client specification.
Experienced in producing output within strict timescales and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience within the manufacturing / sheet metal industry.
Understanding of laser cutting and engraving techniques
Ability to operate laser machines an advantage
